Privacy policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

This policy covers uverse.studio, the website of UVerse. It explains what information the site collects, why, who handles it, and the choices you have. The products built by UVerse have their own websites and their own privacy policies.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you send the form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give one, whether you are an investor, a potential partner or something else, and your message.

Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages viewed, roughly where visitors are, the type of device and browser, and how they arrived. When an enquiry is sent, it records that one was sent and which of the three options was chosen. It does not receive your name, email address or message.

Technical logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address and browser details in order to send you the page.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation with you.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga to tell visitors apart. If you decline, they are not set.

Your choice is remembered in your own browser, not on our servers. You can change it at any time: .

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of services to run the site. Each receives only what it needs:

These companies may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete them when you ask us to. Analytics data is kept by Google for the retention period set in our Analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Contact

To ask a question or make a request about your information, use the enquiry form.

Changes

If the site starts handling information differently, we will update this page and the date at the top.
